Tatiana Gatto
Director of Construction Administration
Senior Associate Tatiana Gatto has over 35 years of experience in architecture, including over a decade working with the partners at MJA. She has executed construction administration services for projects ranging up to 1 million square feet. Involved in all phases of construction administration, including client satisfaction, submittal review, field observation, and issuance of construction direction, Ms Gatto is familiar with the important issues involved during the construction phase of a project. She has successfully completed many projects on time with a variety of contractors, including those on Guaranteed Maximum Price and fast track paths.
Ms Gatto skillfully analyzes construction issues and delegates decisions to the Project Manager or other appropriate team members. She responds quickly to Contractor’s questions, understands the construction schedule and exercises the initiative, leadership, and discipline necessary to successfully complete very complex projects. She is also involved with Project Managers in the coordination of architectural, structural and MEP disciplines during Design Development and Construction Document phases.
